Product Description

The Stainless Works CTSV9HCAT is a complete 2" long tube header and catted X-pipe system engineered specifically for the supercharged 6.2L LSA V8 in the 2009-2015 Cadillac CTS-V Sedan, 2011-2015 Coupe, and 2011-2014 Sport Wagon. The 2" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes feed into 3" slip-fit collectors with integrated merge spikes for maximum exhaust scavenging, while 3" lead pipes carry high-flow catalytic converters into an X-pipe crossover that connects directly to the factory exhaust behind the X-pipe with minor cutting. In-house dyno testing has shown gains of approximately +23 horsepower and +31 lb-ft of torque.

Every component is fabricated from corrosion-resistant 304L stainless steel with 3/8" thick header flanges and hand TIG-welded at Stainless Works' facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. RTV sealant is included -- no gaskets required for the header-to-head connection. The Factory Connect configuration allows the system to bolt to the factory cat-back, or pair it with a Stainless Works Performance Connect cat-back exhaust system for a complete dyno-proven setup. Backed by Stainless Works' limited lifetime warranty on 304 stainless construction and a 2-year warranty on the catalytic converters.
