The Stainless Works CT07HCATY is a complete long tube header kit with high-flow catted lead pipes and Y-pipe for the 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with the 5.3L V8 in 2WD or 4WD configuration. This Factory Connect system is designed to bolt directly to the factory connection point behind the OEM catalytic converter, allowing the kit to install with your existing factory cat-back exhaust system -- or pair with Stainless Works Performance Connect exhaust systems for a complete bolt-on upgrade. The 1-7/8-inch CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes feed into 3-inch diameter slip-fit collectors with integrated merge spikes that improve exhaust flow and power delivery across the full RPM range while delivering an aggressive exhaust note.

Every component is built from corrosion-resistant T304 stainless steel and TIG welded at Stainless Works' state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. The 3/8-inch thick header flanges provide added strength and a reliable seal, while the 3-inch catted lead pipes with high-flow catalytic converters maintain emissions compliance where applicable. The complete kit ships with all necessary hardware including clamps, extensions, bolts, and RTV silicone for a comprehensive bolt-on installation.
