The Stainless Works CRVIC03HCAT is a complete 1-5/8" long tube header system with high-flow catalytic converters engineered specifically for the 2003-2011 Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis with the 4.6L 2V Modular V8. As the last full-frame V8 rear-wheel-drive vehicle Ford produced, the Crown Vic responds dramatically to simple modifications -- and uncorking the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with proper long tube headers delivers measurable horsepower and torque gains throughout the RPM range. The 1-5/8" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes promote strong low-RPM torque while the 3" slip-fit collectors and 2.5" catted lead pipes flow freely at high RPM.

Every component is fabricated from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel with 3/8" thick CNC-cut header flanges and hand TIG-welded at Stainless Works' facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. The Factory Connect configuration bolts directly to the flanged factory cat-back exhaust connection -- included O2 sensor extensions and clamps complete the installation without additional purchases required.
