The Stainless Works FT220RESD resonator delete is a performance exhaust mid-pipe designed to replace the stock resonator on 2020-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 7.3L V8 engine. Crafted from premium 304L stainless steel with 3" mandrel-bent tubing, this resonator delete allows exhaust gases to flow more freely while giving the engine's natural exhaust note a deeper, more aggressive character. Removing the restrictive resonator can help improve throttle response and offer a more pronounced soundtrack from idle through wide-open throttle.

Designed for bolt-on connection using provided clamps, the FT220RESD fits most cab and bed configurations with only minor trimming needed for custom exhaust routing. Note that this modification focuses on sound and flow enhancement rather than emissions compliance; always check local noise and emissions regulations before installing on public roads. It is also not compatible with Regular Cab models or Chassis Cab (CC) variants that lack a factory resonator.
