Product Description

Stainless Power's 1-7/8" Catted Long Tube Headers deliver a significant jump in exhaust flow and performance for the 5.0L Coyote-powered Mustang GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, and Dark Horse. Built from TIG-welded 304 stainless steel with 3/8" thick flanges that resist warping under heat cycling, these headers feature 3" diameter lead pipes fitted with high-flow catalytic converters.

Mandrel-bent 1-7/8" primary tubes improve airflow over the restrictive factory manifolds, while 3" slip-fit collectors with integrated merge spikes optimize exhaust scavenging for gains across the entire RPM range. This Factory Connect version mates directly to the factory-style connection point to run your stock or factory-connect aftermarket catback exhaust.

Note: this replaces the earlier SM15HCAT part number as Stainless Power's naming convention was updated. For a setup designed to connect with Stainless Works, MBRP, or Corsa aftermarket catback systems instead, the Performance Connect variant (SM24H3CAT) is the correct part. Gaskets are not included with this header set.
