Product Description

The Stainless Works FT18HCATY is a complete 1-7/8" long tube header and catted Y-pipe system engineered specifically for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 SuperCab 6.5 ft and SuperCrew 5.5/6.5 ft bed configurations with the 5.0L Coyote V8. The Factory Connect design uses Stainless Works' engineered long tube headers, high-flow catalytic converters, and a 3" Y-pipe that all work together to dramatically uncork the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds, delivering measurable horsepower and torque gains across the entire RPM range while preserving the bolt-up connection to the OEM cat-back exhaust.

Every piece is fabricated from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded by hand at Stainless Works' facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. The 1-7/8" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes feed into 3" slip-fit collectors and 3" lead pipes, with the high-flow catalytic converters merging into the Y-pipe for direct connection to the factory cat-back system -- no additional purchase required. Backed by Stainless Works' limited lifetime warranty on 304 stainless construction and a 2-year warranty on the catalytic converters.
