Product Description

Stainless Works 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers with Catted Y-Pipe deliver a real boost in horsepower and torque on the 5.3L Silverado and Sierra 1500, increasing exhaust scavenging and reducing turbulence for noticeably improved flow over the restrictive factory manifolds. This Factory Connect version bolts directly to the stock exhaust connection point behind the catalytic converter -- no cutting or modification required.

Built from T304 stainless steel with 3/8" thick flanges and TIG welded throughout, these headers combine 1-7/8" primary tubes with 3" diameter high-flow catted lead pipes and a matched Y-pipe. CNC mandrel bends and 3" slip-fit collectors with merge spikes optimize exhaust scavenging for gains across the RPM range, while raising exhaust note volume for a more aggressive sound.
