Fitment Notes

• For OEM shock/strut setups, the distance from the sway bar mounting point to the shock mount must fall between 9.9" and 11.4" for proper fitment. If aftermarket coilovers or shocks have moved the mounting location outside this range, contact SPL Parts before ordering to determine the correct endlink length for your specific setup.
• SPL cannot confirm fitment with all aftermarket coilovers - measure your specific mounting distance before purchasing if running non-OEM suspension.
• Sold as a pair - one pair covers the front axle. One pair per vehicle required.
• These endlinks replace the front sway bar endlinks only - they do not affect the rear sway bar. For rear endlink upgrades, see SPL's rear endlink offerings for the E46.

The SPL Parts FE E46 are PRO Series adjustable front sway bar endlinks engineered for the BMW E46 3 Series (1999-2006, all body styles) and E85/E86 Z4 (2003-2008). The primary function of an adjustable endlink is to eliminate sway bar preload - a condition where the sway bar is placed under tension or compression by uneven spring settling, corner weighting, or ride height differences between corners. Preloaded sway bars create an artificial handling bias that undermines balance tuning, particularly on track-prepared vehicles. The length-adjustable design of the FE E46 allows the endlinks to be set to the precise neutral length for any given suspension configuration, keeping the sway bar truly neutral and allowing accurate anti-roll tuning.
