Fitment Notes

• Fits the rear sway bar position only. For the front sway bar on F2X/F3X, see SPL FE F3X (sold separately).
• Compatible with both RWD (sDrive) and xDrive AWD variants across all applicable F2X and F3X models.
• This endlink is designed for standard F2X and F3X non-M chassis only. It does not fit the F80 M3, F82/F83 M4, or F87 M2 - those platforms use a different rear sway bar mounting geometry and require SPL RE F8X (sold separately).
• Sold as a pair (one left, one right) covering the rear axle on one vehicle.

Product Description

The SPL Parts SPL RE F3X is a PRO-series adjustable rear sway bar endlink engineered for the BMW F2X platform (1-Series F20/F21, 2-Series F22/F23) and F3X platform (3-Series F30/F31/F34/F35, 4-Series F32/F33/F36) in all engine and drivetrain configurations, covering both RWD and xDrive AWD variants from 2010 through 2021. The factory rear endlinks on these platforms are fixed-length units that introduce sway bar preload whenever spring settling, driver weight, ride height adjustment, or corner weighting shifts the sway bar away from its ideal horizontal position. This preload generates unequal roll resistance between left- and right-hand corners - an effect that becomes more pronounced with stiffer aftermarket rear bars, lowering springs, or coilover setups. The SPL RE F3X resolves this with its length-adjustable turnbuckle design: set the endlink to the exact length needed to hold the sway bar horizontal at your ride height, lock the jam nuts, and the setting stays put.

The core of the endlink's durability advantage is its Teflon-lined FK 1/2" spherical bearing, which provides a significantly higher static radial load capacity than the smaller bearings found in many budget alternatives. This matters most at the rear axle under high-grip cornering loads and with stiffer aftermarket bars that amplify forces on the endlink mounting points. Custom heat-treated chromoly high misalignment studs deliver up to 65 degrees of articulation to keep the endlink completely bind-free through full suspension travel and when the sway bar is placed in different adjustment holes on multi-position bars. The black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum turnbuckle uses opposing left-hand and right-hand threads, allowing on-car adjustment by simply turning the body and snugging the jam nuts - no need to remove the endlink from the vehicle.

This endlink is designed specifically for the standard non-M F2X and F3X chassis. It is not compatible with the F80 M3, F82/F83 M4, or F87 M2, which use different rear sway bar mounting geometry and require the SPL RE F8X.
