Product Description

The SPL RLBI E9X bushings are engineered to replace the large rubber inner bushings on the rear lower control-arms of the BMW 3-Series (E9X) and 1-Series (E8X) platforms. By installing PTFE-lined spherical bearings housed in machined aluminum shells, this upgrade removes the compliance that allows geometry shift under load - resulting in improved rear stability, sharper turn-in, and better consistency under dynamic conditions.

Ideal for modified suspension, track usage or high-performance street setups, this kit retains your factory rear lower control arms and mounts, making installation simpler while dramatically improving the suspension's response. After installation, a full wheel alignment is strongly recommended to realise the benefits. Coverage is confirmed for model years 2006-2013 on the listed platforms; fitment for newer platforms or different chassis is unconfirmed at time of listing.
