Product Description

The Spectre Performance 9059 is a direct-fit cold air intake system engineered for the 1994-1997 Ford F-250 and F-350 OBS trucks equipped with the 7.3L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine. The factory air intake on these trucks uses a restrictive plastic airbox that limits the volume of cool, dense air reaching the turbocharger - reducing combustion efficiency and leaving power on the table. The Spectre 9059 replaces the entire factory assembly with a high-flow polished aluminum intake tube and a reusable red synthetic air filter, paired with a black powder-coated 2-piece heat shield that isolates the intake from underhood heat for a denser, cooler air charge.

Installation is a direct bolt-on with no cutting or vehicle modifications required. The MAF sensor mounts directly on the intake tube, maintaining factory sensor integration for clean operation. The kit includes all necessary hardware - velocity stack, stainless steel clamps, coupler, edge trim, and mounting hardware - for a complete, OEM-quality fit. The reusable synthetic filter eliminates ongoing filter replacement costs and is cleaned and re-oiled as needed.
