Product Description

The Spectre 9038 is a direct-fit cold air intake system engineered for the 2011-2019 Ford Explorer equipped with the naturally aspirated 3.5L V6. It replaces the factory airbox and intake assembly with a polished aluminum tube routed to pull in cooler, denser air, reducing intake restriction and increasing airflow volume to deliver more horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. The black powder-coated steel heat shield keeps hot underhood air separated from the intake tract, while the red washable and reusable HPR non-woven synthetic filter protects the engine from harmful debris without sacrificing flow.
