Fitment Notes

• Direct replacement for the factory OE dual-mass flywheel on M66 AWD 6-speed manual gearbox equipped S60R and V70R models, and M56 6-speed S40 T5 models.
• Not compatible with Genuine Volvo OEM Clutch Kit S60R/V70R 2006+, part number 31367642 - Volvo changed the flywheel design for 2006+ models. This flywheel is designed around the 2004-2005 S60R/V70R clutch version. Verify your model year and clutch kit compatibility before ordering.
• Includes 6mm OEM dowel pins pre-assembled for direct clutch kit compatibility. Compatible with genuine Volvo clutch kits and all SPEC clutch kit stages for this application.
• Converting from a dual-mass to a single-mass flywheel will introduce slight clutch chatter at idle - this is normal and expected behavior with any single-mass flywheel conversion on this platform. Best suited for performance-tuned vehicles where this trade-off is acceptable.
• Clutch kit NOT included - sold separately. Order the appropriate SPEC clutch kit (SO601, SO602, SO603, SO603S, SO603F, etc.) to complete the drivetrain upgrade.

The SPEC SO60S-O is a billet steel single-mass flywheel with OEM dowel pin set engineered for the 2004-2007 Volvo S60R and V70R with the M66 AWD 6-speed manual transmission, and the 2005-2006 Volvo S40 T5 with the M56 6-speed. It is a direct replacement for the factory dual-mass flywheel, eliminating the heavy, failure-prone dual-mass design and reducing rotating mass from 26.1 lbs to 17.75 lbs - delivering sharper throttle response, quicker engine revving, and a more direct powertrain feel that performance-tuned S60R and V70R owners demand. The flywheel is CNC machined to an industry-leading .001" tolerance for a perfectly flat clutch bedding surface and true rotational balance.

The "-O" designation indicates OEM dowel pins are included and pre-assembled, ensuring correct alignment with the clutch kit for direct bolt-in installation.
