Fitment Notes

• 5-speed manual transmission only. This part number does NOT fit the 6-speed ZHP or later 6-speed E46 330 variants - see SPEC SB073F for those applications.
• Self-ratcheting (SAC-compatible) design - compatible with the factory OE dual-mass flywheel. May also be used with a billet flywheel featuring the OE clutch pattern.
• For the non-SAC billet pressure plate variant requiring a SPEC billet flywheel, see the SB033F-2.
• Flywheel is NOT included. Existing flywheel surface must be resurfaced prior to installation unless a new flywheel is being used.
• A minimum 450-mile break-in period is required - primarily city/stop-and-go driving - before full-throttle engagement, drag launches, or speed shifting. Failure to break in the clutch will void the warranty.

The SPEC SB033F is a Stage 3+ clutch kit designed for BMW E46 models equipped with the M54 engine and 5-speed manual transmission, covering the 323i/Ci, 325i/Ci/xi, and 330i/Ci/xi through their respective production years. As the flagship SPEC street/strip stage, the Stage 3+ pairs a high-clamp pressure plate with a full-face carbon semi-metallic disc on a double-sprung hub - delivering up to 671 lb-ft of torque capacity with a manageable, friendly engagement that is significantly more streetable than puck-style clutches. The full-face carbon semi-metallic material offers unparalleled service life and friction coefficient for high-powered street and competition use across drag, drift, road race, rallye, and autocross applications.

The SB033F uses a SAC-compatible ratcheting design and is compatible with the factory OE dual-mass flywheel or any billet flywheel built to the OE clutch pattern - flywheel is not included. For the non-SAC billet pressure plate variant requiring a dedicated SPEC billet flywheel, see SB033F-2. Existing flywheel surfaces must be resurfaced prior to installation. A mandatory 450-mile break-in period of city and stop-and-go driving is required before full-throttle or aggressive operation - failure to complete the break-in will void the warranty. All SPEC clutch kits are SFI approved and hand-built in the USA.
