Fitment Notes

• Direct remove-and-replace upgrade - no cutting, drilling, or modification required for installation.
• A professional wheel alignment is required after installation. Estimated installation time is approximately 0.8 hours per side.
• SPC 35490 is the updated version of the SPC 25490, featuring the new maintenance-free sealed ball joint (35102 architecture) and xAxis™ bushings in place of the previous greaseable design.
• Replacement ball joints (SPC part #35102) are available separately for future servicing.

The SPC 35490 Adjustable Front Upper Control Arms are engineered for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra and 2008-2022 Toyota Sequoia (2WD and 4WD), correcting the camber and caster alignment issues that arise when lift kits push angles beyond the factory adjustment range. Built from forged steel with additional caster provision designed into the arm geometry, this direct remove-and-replace pair delivers ±2.0° of camber and 0° to +4.0° of caster adjustment when used in combination with the OE lower control arm adjusters. The SPC 35490 is the updated generation of the 25490, featuring the new maintenance-free sealed ball joint with a 25% larger stud cross section than OE, E-Nickel corrosion protection, and 80° of articulation for maximum droop travel.

The xAxis™ sealed flex joints in bonded rubber bushings preserve factory-level NVH while allowing maximum suspension travel for both street and off-road use. Arm adjustability combined with the OE lower cam adjusters also enables oversized tire positioning in the wheel well to be optimized without frame or fender modification. No cutting or drilling is required for installation. A professional wheel alignment is required after fitting. Replacement ball joints are available separately under SPC part number 35102.
