The SPC 67405 is a rear adjustable toe control arm engineered specifically for 5th-generation Ford Explorer (2011-2019) and the Police Interceptor Utility variant. Ford recalled approximately 1.2 million 2011-2017 Explorer SUVs for a rear suspension toe link corrosion issue. While the recall addressed the safety concern, the repair process eliminated factory rear toe adjustability, leaving alignment technicians without a way to correct toe settings after the repair - resulting in accelerated tire wear and alignment drift that cannot be dialed out with OE components. The SPC 67405 resolves this directly by replacing the non-adjustable recall-era arm with a fully adjustable unit that restores the complete toe correction range.

Installation is a direct remove-and-replace swap requiring no modification to the vehicle.
