Fitment Notes

• Sold as a pair - 1 kit services both driver and passenger side front lower control arm bolts.
• Designed for trucks with a solid front axle. The 4WD Ram 2500/3500 uses a solid front axle; the 2WD Ram 2500 uses independent front suspension - verify your front axle configuration before ordering.
• This kit replaces the forward OE lower control arm cam bolts. It does NOT replace all four lower control arm mounting bolts - only the forward caster/pinion-adjusting positions.
• A professional wheel alignment and pinion angle check is required after installation.

Product Description

The SPC 82386 is an adjustable cam bolt kit engineered for the 2010-2013 Ram 2500 and 3500 Heavy Duty trucks with solid front axles. On these platforms, front caster and pinion angle are adjusted via cam bolts at the forward lower control arm mounting positions. Over time - especially in high-corrosion environments - these bolts seize inside the control arm bushings, making alignment correction impossible without cutting them out. The 82386 replaces those frozen assemblies with new high-strength cam bolts featuring SPC's hex chromate-free, 700-hour salt spray certified finish, restoring ±2.00° of caster and pinion angle adjustment.

This kit is particularly valuable after installing a suspension lift or leveling kit, which invariably shifts caster and pinion angle away from factory specification - causing wander, uneven tire wear, and driveline vibration. With the 82386 installed, a professional alignment can bring both caster and pinion angle back into spec in a single adjustment. Sold as a pair covering both sides of the front axle.
