Product Description

The Snow Performance SNO-38FIL is a billet aluminum 100-micron water/methanol injection filter designed to protect the pump in any Snow Performance Boost Cooler WMI system. Installed on the inlet - or vacuum - side of the pump between the reservoir and the pump inlet, it intercepts debris and foreign particles before they can enter the pump, preventing premature wear, nozzle clogging, and flow restriction in the injection circuit. The 100-micron stainless steel mesh filter element flows freely under normal WMI pump demand while capturing particles that would otherwise degrade pump internals or disrupt nozzle spray patterns over time.

The filter body is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance, and the stainless steel mesh element is cleanable and reusable - there is no disposable cartridge to replace. Maintenance consists of periodic disassembly, flushing of the mesh element, and reinstallation. Ports are 3/8" NPT female inlet and 3/8" NPT male outlet, compatible with standard NPT plumbing. To integrate into a Snow Performance braided line system, the SNO-803-BRD fitting adapter is required (sold separately); for nylon quick-connect systems, the SNO-82081R fitting is required (sold separately). This filter is not compatible with push-to-lock style pump hats. Not legal for sale or use in California.
