The Snow Performance SNF-52599 Multi-Pump Fuel Hat is a billet aluminum drop-in replacement fuel hat designed for 1999-2004 non-Cobra Ford Mustangs. It replaces unreliable T-fitting and hose clamp setups with a fully CNC-machined manifold that integrates dual TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps cleanly and securely into the factory fuel tank location. The black anodized 6061 aluminum body is compatible with E85, ethanol blends, and gasoline, making it a future-proof upgrade for high-horsepower builds.

The dual-pump street configuration pairs a 450 LPH pump for everyday street driving with a 470 LPH pump that can be staged on-demand via a boost-activated pressure switch, minimizing heat and amp draw during normal use. A shared 10-micron prefilter sock feeds both pumps simultaneously, preventing fuel starvation under hard cornering or acceleration. This hat is ideal for forced induction Mustang builds targeting 1,000+ rwhp on E85, and is built to pair with the Snow Performance Multi-Pump Relay Module (SNF-20003) for clean and reliable pump staging.
