Product Description

The Snow Performance SNF-52400R is a 3-pump race configuration billet fuel hat engineered for the 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat, along with the 2018-2023 Challenger Demon and Redeye, all with the 6.2L supercharged HEMI. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a CNC-machined manifold and finished in black anodize for corrosion resistance, this fuel hat comes fully assembled with three genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) 470lph pumps, rated to support 1600-plus rear-wheel horsepower on E85 and up to 2100-plus on gasoline.

A merged pump sock design feeds all three pumps through a single 10-micron pre-filter, eliminating the fuel starvation risk that can occur when one pump's sock loses contact with fuel while others remain submerged. Viton chemical-resistant O-rings seal every connection for a leak-free fit, and the design eliminates the T-fittings, hose clamps, and deterioration-prone rubber or plastic lines common to less refined multi-pump upgrades.

This fuel hat is intended for Hellcat, Demon, and Redeye owners running serious forced-induction power levels who need fuel delivery well beyond what the factory system or a simpler dual-pump upgrade can support. It retains the factory fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and fuel transfer pump functionality, and requires a return-style fuel system; it is compatible with gasoline, ethanol, and blends but not with methanol. Includes female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports; 90-degree swivel adapter fittings are sold separately.
