The Snow Performance SNF-30012 is a CNC-machined billet aluminum return-style fuel rail kit designed for the 2011-2017 Ford 5.0L Coyote V8 platform, covering the Mustang GT, Boss 302, GT350, Cobra Jet, and all F-150 applications sharing the Coyote architecture and compatible intake manifolds. Sold as a complete pair, these rails are precision-machined for a direct, bolt-in fit to the factory injector bosses and intake manifold mounting positions - no cutting, drilling, or modification to the intake is required. The black anodized billet aluminum body and stainless steel mounting brackets provide a clean, show-quality appearance while delivering the structural rigidity needed to maintain a leak-free seal under the elevated fuel pressures common in forced induction and high-horsepower builds.

Each rail features 8AN ORB (O-ring Boss) inlet and outlet ports - the industry standard for high-flow, high-pressure fuel system connections - ensuring a secure, leak-free interface with AN fuel lines and fittings. The two 1/8" NPT auxiliary ports per rail serve multiple purposes: one port can accept a fuel pressure gauge or electronic pressure sensor, while the second can be used to feed a nitrous oxide system, a secondary fuel delivery point, or capped with the included plugs if not needed. This makes the SNF-30012 a particularly capable foundation for builds combining high-horsepower fuel delivery with nitrous oxide supplementation.

The SNF-30012 is a return-style fuel rail, meaning it requires an external aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and a dedicated fuel return line running back to the tank - the factory returnless fuel system must be converted to a return-style setup for use with these rails. This configuration is standard practice in high-performance builds as it enables precise, adjustable fuel pressure control independent of the factory fuel pressure control system. Rails are sized for the factory 60mm stock-height Coyote injectors; shorter injectors can be used with Snow Performance's injector spacers, available separately.
