The Skyjacker S20RSW is a Softride rear leaf spring designed to deliver 2 inches of lift on 1971-1974 and 1976-1980 International Scout II 4WD models, including the Scout Terra and Scout Traveler II variants. Built with American steel and individually shot-peened for increased tensile strength, this spring is engineered to provide maximum wheel travel and a noticeably smoother ride over rough terrain without shortening spring life. The tapered leaf design reduces inter-leaf stress by distributing loads more evenly from center to end, minimizing the tendency for leaves to dig into one another under load.
