The Skyjacker M9593 is an M95 Performance Monotube front shock absorber engineered for the 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD at 6-7 inches of front lift. This is the high-lift tier of Skyjacker's Super Duty front shock range - positioned above the M9591 (0-3") and M9592 (3.5-5") - and is designed to handle the greater suspension travel and substantially increased front-end loads associated with a 6-7" lift on a truck platform that can weigh well over 7,000 pounds at the curb. The M9593 uses custom-tuned valving calibrated specifically to the Super Duty's radius-arm front suspension geometry and sprung weight at this lift height range, rather than adapted from a lighter-duty or shorter-stroke application.

The M95 monotube construction keeps the hydraulic fluid and high-pressure nitrogen charge permanently separated by a floating piston, eliminating the cavitation that affects twin-tube shocks under the sustained, high-amplitude compression cycles typical of towing, hauling, and off-road use on a lifted heavy-duty truck.
