The Skyjacker B8517 Black MAX rear shock absorber is a direct-fit performance replacement designed to improve ride control and damping on light trucks and 4x4 pickups. Featuring advanced foam-cell technology, this shock compensates for internal oil expansion as temperatures rise, helping maintain consistent performance and reducing fade under load. The twin-tube hydraulic design and multi-stage valving balance comfort and control for both on-road cruising and moderate off-road use.
