The Skyjacker B8593 Black MAX Twin-Tube Shock Absorber is a front shock spanning three distinct full-size truck platforms: the 1994-2001 Dodge Ram 1500, the 2014-2018 Ram 2500/3500, and the 2005-2018 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. All confirmed fitments are 4WD only. At 26.65 inches extended and a 10.78-inch stroke, the B8593 is built for lifted applications - running from 4-5 inches on the Ram 1500 up to 4-7 inches on the heavier-duty Super Duty and Ram 2500/3500 platforms, where the greater gross vehicle weight and stiffer factory suspension allow for broader shock compatibility across that wider lift range.

Built on Skyjacker's Advanced Foam-Cell technology, the B8593 uses a Low-Pro foam insert that compensates for oil expansion as the shock heats up during towing, hauling, or off-road use - maintaining consistent damping output throughout the operating temperature range and eliminating air from the hydraulic fluid to prevent fade.
