The Skyjacker FA699 Extreme Drop Pitman Arm is engineered for lifted Ford Super Duty trucks and Excursion SUVs equipped with power steering. When a vehicle's front suspension is lifted around 8 inches, the factory steering geometry changes, which can lead to increased bump-steer and reduced control. The FA699's 5.5" extreme drop design helps restore alignment between the drag link and steering linkage for improved handling and stability.

This heavy-duty pitman arm is a direct-fit replacement for 1999-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks as well as the Ford Excursion 4WD (vehicles built after March 1999) with an 8" suspension lift.
