Product Description

The Skyjacker SBE402 is a pair of extended front sway bar end links engineered specifically for the 1999 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 4WD at 3 to 4 inches of front suspension lift. The 1999 model year was the debut of the Super Duty's new platform, and its front sway bar geometry differs enough from both the pre-1999 F-250/F-350 and the 2000-2004 Super Duty to require a year-specific end link - making SBE402 a single-year fitment that cannot be substituted with adjacent part numbers in Skyjacker's sway bar end link line.

When the front suspension is lifted 3 to 4 inches without corrected end links, the factory-length links can no longer maintain the proper connection angle between the sway bar and the suspension, causing binding at droop and reducing the bar's roll-control effectiveness. SBE402 extends the end link length to restore this geometry at the new ride height, keeping the front sway bar properly positioned and functional through the full range of suspension travel. The red polyurethane bushings included provide firmer engagement and longer service life than OE rubber. Installation is a direct bolt-on to the factory front sway bar mounting points - no modification required. Sold as a pair; includes both driver and passenger side end links for a complete front installation.
