Product Description

The Skyjacker FA325 is a drop pitman arm engineered for 1977.5-1979 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks equipped with power steering. When a truck is lifted 2 to 3 inches, the factory steering geometry is thrown off, introducing bump-steer that makes the vehicle wander and react harshly over bumps. This pitman arm relocates the drag link connection to restore correct geometry and keep steering predictable after the lift.

Constructed from steel with a protective painted finish, the FA325 is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory pitman arm and mounts to the power steering gearbox output shaft. It raises the front of a 4x4 without compromising drivetrain or steering system performance, and is backed by Skyjacker's limited lifetime warranty.

This arm is intended for owners running a 2-3 inch lift on a 1977.5-1979 F-250/F-350 4WD. For taller 5-6 inch lifts, it should be combined with Skyjacker drop bracket SDL250 (sold separately) to achieve the correct steering correction. Power steering is required; this part does not fit manual steering trucks.
