Product Description

The Skunk2 519-05-1560 lowering springs are a complete set of four CNC-wound progressive dual-rate springs for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra DC2, covering LS, GS, GS-R, and Type-R trims. The 2.25-inch front and 2.00-inch rear drop lowers the Integra's center of gravity substantially - reducing body roll in corners, improving tire contact patch loading under hard cornering, and delivering a noticeably more aggressive visual stance without sacrificing daily drivability.

The progressive tender/main dual-rate design uses a compliant tender spring for smooth small-input response, transitioning to the stiffer main spring under greater suspension travel to control body roll and pitch during spirited driving. Springs are wound from SAE 9254V chromium-silicon spring steel, shot-peen stress relieved for fatigue life, and dual-coated with phosphate and powder coat for all-weather corrosion resistance. Compatible with factory or most aftermarket shocks as a direct drop-in. Post-installation alignment is required. Skunk2 recommends pairing with camber correction components when used on a lowered vehicle.
