It addresses one of the most common and structurally significant rust failure points on the GMT355 platform - the rear forward leaf spring mount area, where frame rot compromises the suspension's attachment to the chassis. At 21.5 inches in length, it covers the section of frame below the cab's rear edge extending to the leaf spring mount, providing comprehensive structural replacement of the degraded area.
