The Rugged Ridge Spartacus HD Tire Carrier Kit 11546.55 is a purpose-built oversized spare tire carrier system engineered specifically for 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL and JLU models. The system replaces the factory tailgate hinge setup with a precision die-cast aluminum one-piece Hinge Casting paired with forged steel hinge brackets and hardened steel pins, delivering dramatically superior load capacity over the stock tailgate hinges while maintaining easy one-handed access to the rear cargo area. The heavy-duty steel Wheel Mount features fully adjustable depth and tilt to accommodate oversized spare tires up to and including 40 inches, and the entire system has been vibration tested to hybrid SAE/MIL-Spec standards to validate real-world off-road performance.

Installation is a no-drill bolt-on process compatible with both the factory OE rear bumper and most aftermarket rear bumpers.
