The Rugged Ridge 11561.1 is a 3-inch double tube front bumper with riser/hoop designed for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models. Built from mandrel-bent 3-inch seamless steel tubing with 0.109-inch wall thickness, it features Rugged Ridge's exclusive E-coat + textured black powder coat finish process - meaning rust protection survives rock chips that would expose bare metal on a single-coat painted bumper. Every weld is smooth-ground to eliminate the small pockets that collect moisture and rust over time, and all end caps are welded steel rather than the plastic caps that are commonly lost or cracked on competing tube bumpers.
