The Rugged Ridge 11226.02 is a pair of black powder-coated metal euro taillight guards designed to protect the factory taillights on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and Wrangler Unlimited JKU models. The JK's exposed taillight lenses are particularly vulnerable to cracking and shattering from trail debris, brush contact, and off-road impacts - the 11226.02 wraps each lens in a custom-fit metal cage that deflects impacts before they reach the lens. Pre-installed rubber inserts at every mounting screw point prevent direct metal-to-lens contact, eliminating both lens scratching and the rattle that plagues poorly engineered light guards on rough terrain.
