Product Description

The RS-R H186D Down Sus lowering springs are engineered specifically for the 2016-2022 Honda HR-V FWD (RU5 chassis), delivering a -25mm to -30mm (-1.0in to -1.2in) drop up front and a more pronounced -35mm to -40mm (-1.4in to -1.6in) drop at the rear. RS-R tunes each application around that specific vehicle's factory suspension geometry and shock damping rather than applying a universal drop figure, giving the HR-V a noticeably tighter stance front to rear.

A front spring rate of 2.75 kg/mm pairs with a firmer 3.57 kg/mm rear rate to sharpen handling and reduce body roll while keeping the ride comfortable enough for daily driving. These are true Japanese-manufactured springs, designed to work with the factory shocks - no strut or shock replacement is needed for installation, keeping this a straightforward bolt-on upgrade.

This kit includes all four springs - front pair and rear pair - for a complete installation, and is backed by RS-R's 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty. This spring is for FWD HR-V models specifically; owners with an AWD HR-V should confirm they're ordering the correct part number for their drivetrain before purchase.
