Product Description

The ROUSH 421248 is a complete cat-back exhaust system engineered for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 across all three engine offerings - the 3.5L EcoBoost V6, 5.0L V8, and 6.2L V8 (including the SVT Raptor). Replacing everything behind the factory catalytic converters, this bolt-on system uses all factory hanger locations and requires no drilling or permanent modifications on standard-trim trucks. The result is an immediate and significant improvement in exhaust tone - a deep, aggressive ROUSH sound that eliminates the rasp and harsh harmonics common in stock and budget aftermarket exhausts.

The system uses 3-inch mandrel-bent piping throughout to maintain a consistent, unrestricted flow path from the muffler through to the dual polished rear-exit tips. The muffler, Y-pipe, inlet, and outlet pipes are all constructed from 409 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance, while the dual 3.5-inch slant-cut tips are 304 stainless steel with chrome-flash coating and ROUSH logo embossing.
