The Rock Slide Engineering BD-SS-302-JT4 is the latest 3rd Generation Step Slider built specifically for the 2026 Jeep Gladiator JT, combining a trail-rated rock slider with a fully functional power step for easier truck-bed-height entry and exit. This revision brings cosmetic contour changes that let the step curve to follow the Gladiator's body shape, minimizing the gap between the rear extension and the fender flare, along with 2 extra inches added to the back of the step for safer access to the rear door.

The slider uses Rock Slide's smart motor technology - with the gas strut removed from the step internals - to keep the step deploying and retracting consistently even in cold or harsh weather, while a built-in sleep mode helps minimize battery drain between uses. Tough steel construction is finished in a durable black, textured powder coat to stand up to the daily beating of off-road driving conditions, and the automatic step drops down every time the door opens, making it one of the better slider options for lifted Gladiators.
