The Rigid Industries 240053 is the Radiance+ 40-inch RGBW LED light bar - the largest commonly mounted format in Rigid's Radiance+ lineup, delivering both functional forward illumination and a full-spectrum RGBW accent backlight in a 40-inch single-row bar. Like the 10-inch 210053, the 240053 combines Spot Drive forward optics with an independently controlled RGBW backlight that cycles through eight color modes: Red, Green, Blue, Light Blue, Purple, Amber, White, and a Demo mode that transitions through the full spectrum. The backlight and forward beam are separately switch-controlled, allowing the accent glow to be selected, changed, or turned off without affecting driving performance. At 40 inches, the colored backlight effect is substantially more visible and impactful than on shorter bars - making the 240053 a popular choice for roof rack, windshield, and chase vehicle installations where the visual presence of the accent lighting matters.

On the illumination side, 21 forward LEDs deliver 16,632 raw lumens at 179 watts through an 18.5° Spot Drive beam - reaching 509.5 meters at 1 lux and 1,019 meters at 0.25 lux with a peak intensity of 259,599 candela.
