The Ridetech 11383699 Front Upper StrongArm replaces the stamped factory upper control arm on 1999-2006 Silverado and Sierra 1500 2WD trucks with a tubular design that adds positive caster and prevents ball joint binding at a lowered ride height. It's more flexible than the matching lower arm - it works with stock-style coil springs as well as CoolRide, ShockWave, or coil-over setups.

Delrin bushings with Teflon impregnation cut down on deflection and stiction without needing regular lubrication, and everything ships fully assembled - ball joints, bushings, and cross shafts included - for a bolt-on upgrade. It's built for coil-spring 2WD trucks only, so confirm your truck doesn't have factory torsion bars before ordering.
