Fitment Notes

• Sold as a ring and pinion gear set - master install kit (bearings and hardware) is not included and must be purchased separately
• Fits all 2007-2018 Wrangler JK rear axles - Sport, Sahara, and Rubicon all share the same Dana 44 rear differential housing; this gear set is compatible with all JK rear axle applications
• Carrier break at 3.73 and down - the JK Dana 44 rear uses two carrier sizes: the 3.73-and-down carrier for ratios of 3.73 and numerically lower (3.21, 3.07, etc.) and the 3.92-and-up carrier for ratios of 4.10 and higher. Installing 3.73 gears uses the 3.73-and-down carrier; if your JK came with the factory 3.73 ratio, the existing carrier is compatible with this gear set and no carrier change is needed. If upgrading from the factory 3.21 ratio to 3.73, the same 3.73-and-down carrier is still used and no carrier change is required
• Ring gear bolts: dual bolt pattern (10 x 7/16" and 1/2") - use correct hardware for your specific application
