The Revolution Gear DC-D35-27 is a Discovery Series Dana 35 rear axle kit for the 1993-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ/TJ, 1993-2001 Cherokee XJ, and 1993-1998 Grand Cherokee ZJ with 27 spline axles. Machined from 1541H alloy steel with rolled splines -- 30% stronger than the cut splines on OEM axles -- these bolt-in replacement axles are a direct drop-in upgrade to the factory Dana 35. Bearings, seals, and retainers arrive pre-pressed and ready to install for a streamlined installation process.
