Product Description

The Remus 7783 089518L is a custom left side muffler for the 2017-2025 BMW K 1600 Bagger and Grand America. The initial inspiration behind the Remus Quad Exhaust design was to create a similar look to the renowned Remus sport exhaust for the BMW F80 M3 and F82 M4 -- a horizontal aesthetic defined by elegance yet aggressive in character, delivering the deep sound for which Remus has been renowned since 1990. The staggered, angled-cut and rolled exhaust tip design adds to the clean bagger lines without being obtrusive, while the T304 stainless steel construction with high-temperature flat black coating provides a bold contrast to the stock chrome pipes. Dyno testing shows a +5.3 PS performance and torque increase with a 0.6 kg weight savings over the stock exhaust.

Throughout the R&D process, Remus reached out to the BMW community to listen to customer feedback and requests -- after many miles in different test environments carried out on US soil, the final specification is the result of BMW K1600 Bagger rider input from around the globe. The exhaust delivers a deep, throaty growl that turns into a roar during hard acceleration. Removable touring sound baffles are included for longer rides or when carrying a passenger. This is the left side only -- for a complete installation, the right side muffler (7783 089518R) must be purchased separately, or order the full set under part number 7783 089518LR. An EC-approved version is available under the 7782 series (7782 089518L / 7782 089518LR). An optional stainless steel header (0101 089922) is available separately. The 7783 series does not carry EC type approval and is not homologated for public road use. Proudly hand made in Austria by Remus.
