The Rancho RS55116 RS5000X Rear Shock is engineered specifically for 1985-1996 Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 2WD trucks, as well as various vans, with stock height. It features Cross Tuned damping technology and Progressive Engagement Valving, delivering smooth initial travel with increasing control through the full stroke - ideal for both on-road comfort and off-road performance.

Constructed with a 16 mm nitro-carburized rod, 35 mm piston, and gas pressurization (~150 PSI), this shock is designed to withstand harsh environments and heavy use - while reducing fade under extreme conditions. The dual loop bushing & sleeve mounts (code L1) ensure a sturdy fit, and the white painted twin-tube body with red boot offers both durability and clean aesthetics.
