Fitment Notes

• Fits the intake side valve cover barb only - replaces the crankcase vent barb, not the PCV valve
• Features a slight angle on the flange to match the casting draft angle of the KA24DE valve cover - a small gap after installation is normal
• When installing, the flat spot on the fitting must face upward for correct seating
• For the RB25DET / SR20DET intake side PCV valve port, use Radium 20-0808
• When installed in place of a PCV or CCV valve, a new valve must be installed inline or on the catch can to maintain proper crankcase pressure regulation

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0810 is a 10AN angled low-profile press-in swivel fitting designed as a direct replacement for the crankcase vent barb on the intake side of the Nissan KA24DE valve cover, as found in the S13 and S14 240SX. It converts the factory press-in port to a 10AN male swivel connection for use with large-diameter breather lines in catch can and air/oil separator builds. Installation requires no drilling or permanent modification - the fitting simply presses into the existing valve cover port with the flat spot oriented upward.

Unlike standard press-in fittings, the 20-0810 features a slightly angled flange that matches the casting draft angle unique to the KA24DE valve cover, ensuring correct seating. A small gap after installation is normal. The 360° swivel allows the hose outlet to be oriented in any direction after installation for clean, kink-free catch can routing. FKM Viton O-rings provide long-term chemical resistance to oil vapors.
