Fitment Notes

• Must be mounted vertically - horizontal mounting causes air ingestion at the pickup(s)
• External fuel pump(s) not included - supports 1 or 2 external inline or mechanical pumps
• If using the 16AN pickup port, a separate high-micron external pre-pump fuel filter is required (not included)
• Lift pump sizing: target 40-50% of the surge tank pump's flow rate (e.g., 440-550 lph lift pump for a 1,100 lph surge pump at 40 psi)

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1195 is a universal external fuel surge tank designed to eliminate fuel starvation on vehicles with inadequate OEM tank baffling, especially under forced induction or high-demand power builds. The main tank's pump feeds the surge tank continuously, while the surge tank's external pump(s) supply the engine directly. Excess fuel from the FPR returns to the surge tank, keeping it full at all times. The 2.21L canister provides ample buffer volume, and the four pickup configurations give builders the flexibility to run single or dual pumps in a variety of setups.
