Fitment Notes

• This is the 10AN variant of the Radium 20-0534 universal check valve body - all inlet and outlet ports are converted to 10AN male and/or 10AN female via included adapter fittings
• Native check valve body (20-0534) uses a 10AN male outlet and 8AN female inlet; adapter fittings in this kit convert both to 10AN
• All female AN ports accept both 37-degree flare male fittings and ORB (O-ring boss) male fittings
• Additional kit variants available: 20-0534-06 (6AN) and 20-0534-08 (8AN)

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0534-10 is the 10AN variant of Radium's universal inline check valve kit. It allows fluid to flow in one direction only, making it ideal for use in fuel surge tank return lines, pump outlet circuits, coolant systems, oil lines, and any application where backflow prevention is required. The included 10AN adapter fittings convert both the inlet and outlet of the base 20-0534 valve body to 10AN connections, supporting both 37-degree flare and ORB male fittings.

Built from anodized aluminum with FKM seals and stainless steel internals, this check valve is rated to over 1,000 psi of backflow holding pressure and opens at just 0.3 psi - ensuring it stays out of the way during normal flow while providing absolute protection against reverse flow. Compatible with virtually all automotive fluids including gasoline, E85, methanol, diesel, coolant, water, and oil, it suits a wide range of motorsport and high-performance build applications.
