Vehicle Fitment

  • 2020+ Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91; B58TU Engine; All Trims)

Fitment Notes

  • This fuel hanger is a drop-in replacement for the OEM fuel hat on the 2020+ Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91). It retains the entire OEM direct injection (DI) fuel system intact - the OEM low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP), DI feed port, venturi jet pump fuel scavenging system, collector basket one-way fill valve, and OEM fuel level sender interface all remain operational exactly as BMW/Toyota designed. The 20-0760 adds one additional independent 39mm pump port for a supplemental fuel supply - typically used to feed a port injection system.
  • Fuel pump compatibility is limited to 39mm diameter pumps only. The following pumps are confirmed compatible: Walbro GSS342 255lph (requires Radium 14-0143 filter, 1 per pump, sold separately); AEM 50-1200 E85 pump kit (includes filter); Ti Automotive BKS1001 brushless pump kit (includes filter); Injector Dynamics BPC-1100 brushless pump kit (includes filter). Pumps larger than 39mm - including the Walbro F900002XX series, Deatschwerks DW400, Bosch BR540, and all 39/50 DCCS-size pumps - are not compatible and will not fit in the 39mm pump port.
  • The port injection feed port exits the fuel hat through an 8AN ORB female port (3/4"-16 O-ring boss thread) with a low-profile 8AN male banjo fitting preinstalled. This port feeds the port injection fuel rail. The output from this port must be regulated using a fuel pressure regulator (not included) and a low-micron aftermarket fuel filter must be installed downstream before the fuel rail.
  • The DI feed port on the replacement hanger mimics the OEM SAE quick connect fitting style, allowing the OEM DI fuel feed line to reconnect without modification.
  • External wiring for the additional port injection pump is not included. The in-tank wiring harness and electrical hardware for both the port injection pump and the OEM level sender are included, but the external wiring from the fuel hat studs to the vehicle's power supply and controller must be sourced separately using a universal fuel pump wiring kit.
  • For a complete port injection fuel delivery system, the 20-0761-0X Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit (fuel lines, filter, AN fittings from hanger to rail - sold separately) and the 20-0753 B58TU Port Injection Fuel Rail (sold separately) are required in addition to this hanger. The complete system - hanger, plumbing, and rail - is also available as a package under 20-0752.

Features

  • OEM direct injection system fully retained - the replacement fuel hat does not alter, remove, or bypass any part of the factory direct injection fuel system; the OEM LPFP continues to supply the high-pressure DI pump at OEM flow and pressure; the DI injectors, HPFP, and associated ECU fueling tables operate without modification; this means the vehicle retains full factory drivability, OBD-II compliance, and emissions equipment function on the DI side while the port injection pump circuit is added independently
  • One additional independent 39mm port injection pump port - a second pump mount is integrated into the OEM collector basket geometry, adding a dedicated port injection fuel supply line that is fully independent of the DI circuit; the port injection pump draws from the same collector basket that the OEM LPFP uses, ensuring it always has an adequate fuel supply maintained by the OEM jet pump scavenging system and one-way fill valve
  • OEM collector basket fuel supply system retained - the collector basket's venturi jet pump (which scavenges fuel from the passive side of the tank during cornering and low-fuel conditions), the one-way fill valve at the basket base, and the DI and PI FPR return paths all feed back into the basket; the port injection pump therefore benefits from the same multi-source fuel supply that the OEM LPFP uses, preventing fuel starvation during aggressive driving
  • 8AN ORB female port injection feed outlet with preinstalled low-profile banjo fitting - the low-profile banjo fitting minimizes vertical height inside the fuel tank, allowing the hanger to fit within the OEM fuel hat pocket without tank modification; the 8AN ORB female thread accepts standard 8AN ORB male fittings if a different fitting style is preferred over the preinstalled banjo
  • Hermetically sealed stainless steel electrical studs - the external electrical connections use custom stainless studs rather than the multi-pin bulkhead connectors common on lower-cost designs; stainless studs handle higher continuous current loads required by performance brushless pump options, are fully serviceable, and are sealed against fuel and moisture ingress; non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided for installation to prevent accidental short circuits during handling and installation
  • ETFE-insulated in-tank wiring - all wiring inside the fuel tank uses ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) insulation, a fluoropolymer that is chemically resistant to gasoline, E85, ethanol, and methanol; ETFE maintains its insulation properties and flexibility with prolonged submersion in all fuel types, unlike PVC or standard nylon-jacketed wire that can degrade with fuel exposure over time
  • Brushless pump compatible - the 39mm port is designed with the provisions for Ti Automotive BKS1001 and Injector Dynamics BPC-1100 brushless pump configurations; brushless in-tank pumps provide higher flow at lower current draw and generate less heat in the fuel, making them preferable in high-demand E85 applications
  • Electrical hardware for OEM level sender included - the OEM fuel level sending unit interfaces through the replacement fuel hat using included hardware, ensuring the factory fuel gauge continues to operate correctly after the hanger swap

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0760 is a drop-in fuel pump hanger for the 2020+ Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91) that replaces the OEM fuel hat while preserving the complete factory direct injection fuel system and adding one independent 39mm pump port dedicated to a supplemental port injection fuel supply. The B58TU engine in the MK5 GR Supra uses a direct injection system that, at the fuel delivery level, is shared architecture with BMW's B58 platform - a high-pressure fuel pump fed by an in-tank low-pressure pump. The OEM fuel system handles the DI injectors well at stock and modest power levels, but for builds requiring port injection - either for E85 flex fuel capability, high-power supplemental fueling, or dedicated ethanol injection - a second independent in-tank pump is needed. The 20-0760 provides exactly that without removing or modifying any part of the factory DI circuit.

The replacement hanger integrates a 39mm pump port into the OEM collector basket alongside the factory LPFP mount. The port injection pump draws from the same collector basket maintained by the OEM venturi jet pump scavenging system and one-way fill valve - the same fuel supply resilience built into the OEM design. Output from the port injection pump exits through an 8AN ORB female port on the fuel hat with a preinstalled low-profile banjo fitting, routed externally to an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and filter before reaching the port injection rail. The DI feed exits through a SAE quick connect that accepts the factory DI feed line without modification. All in-tank wiring is ETFE-insulated for long-term fuel compatibility, and the external electrical connections use hermetically sealed stainless steel studs that handle brushless pump current demands and resist fuel and moisture contamination. Hardware for the OEM level sender is included so the factory fuel gauge continues to function normally.

The 20-0760 hanger is the foundation component of Radium's complete MK5 Supra port injection fuel delivery system. A plumbing kit (20-0761-0X, sold separately in stainless or microglass filter variants) connects the hanger to the port injection rail, and the 20-0753 B58TU port injection fuel rail completes the induction side. The full system - hanger, plumbing, and rail - is available as a combined package under part number 20-0752. Fuel injectors, external pump wiring, and the fuel pressure regulator are not included and must be sourced separately.
