Fitment Notes

• This kit is the CCV (Crankcase Vent) catch can, installed inline between the crankcase vent port on the valve cover and the turbocharger inlet. It is not the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) side kit. If both the CCV and PCV lines require catch can coverage, a separate PCV-side kit must be purchased in addition to this unit.
• All GR Corolla trims (Core, Circuit Edition, Morizo Edition, Premium, Premium Plus) use the same G16E-GTS engine and identical valve cover CCV port geometry. There are no trim-level exclusions within the GR Corolla lineup for this kit.
• This kit is designed for left-hand drive (LHD) GR Corolla vehicles. The mounting bracket attaches to threaded studs on the right-hand (RH) strut tower, which is the correct location in LHD engine bay orientation.
• The kit is a closed-loop (CCV to turbo inlet) system - not a vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) design. Closed-loop systems are legal for both street/emissions use and track day/competition use. VTA systems may not be permitted by some racing sanctioning bodies.
• When installed with all OEM engine components, no check engine light should be triggered. However, some aftermarket intake systems may independently trigger a CRANKCASE VENTILATION SYSTEM diagnostic code. This is a known characteristic of some aftermarket intakes and is not caused by this catch can kit.
• The kit is compatible with the OEM engine cover - no trimming of the cover or removal of cover support brackets is required to accommodate the installed can and bracket.
• The Radium Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024, sold separately) can be installed on this catch can to allow remote draining without removing the can from the bracket - a convenient option for frequent track users.

• 4AN ORB drain port - a dedicated bottom drain port accepts a standard 4AN ORB fitting for gravity drain; Radium's Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) installs here for remote draining convenience without removing the can

The Radium Engineering 20-0759-FL is the CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit for the 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla, covering all trims equipped with the G16E-GTS 1.6L turbocharged three-cylinder engine. The kit installs inline on the crankcase vent (CCV) line - the hose that runs between the valve cover's crankcase vent port and the turbocharger inlet - capturing oil and moisture contaminants from crankcase blowby vapors before they can deposit in the turbocharger compressor wheel, intercooler core, charge piping, and intake manifold. Under wide-open-throttle conditions on the GR Corolla's boosted G16E-GTS, this CCV line experiences high-velocity vapor flow that is especially oil-laden; without a catch can, progressive oil fouling of the induction system is unavoidable, reducing intercooler efficiency and introducing oil vapor into the combustion charge.

The "-FL" designation identifies this as the Fluid Lock version - Radium's patented overflow prevention technology introduced in 2022.
