Fitment Notes

• VVT-i heads only - confirm your engine is the VVT-i variant before ordering; earlier non-VVT-i UZ engines use a different injector configuration
• OEM 3UZ/1UZ VVT-i engines use Toyota air-assist fuel injectors, which are not replicated in the aftermarket - included air-assist delete seats allow the use of standard 60mm, 11mm O-ring aftermarket injectors as an alternative
• OEM air-assist injectors can also be reused with this rail without the delete seats
• Compatible with OEM and aftermarket injectors of the same height and O-ring dimensions (11mm upper O-ring)
• Fittings and fuel hose are not included and must be purchased separately
• Sold as a set - includes both left and right fuel rails (one per bank)

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0963 is a direct bolt-on fuel rail set for Toyota and Lexus vehicles equipped with the 3UZ-FE or 1UZ-FE VVT-i V8 engine. Both rails are CNC machined from aluminum with a 0.7 in. internal bore and three 8AN ORB ports each, giving builders maximum flexibility for fuel system plumbing on naturally aspirated, supercharged, or turbocharged builds. Installation uses OEM mounting points with no permanent modifications to the engine or intake manifold.

A key feature of this kit is the included air-assist delete injector seats. The OEM 3UZ/1UZ VVT-i intake manifold uses Toyota air-assist injectors that have no true aftermarket equivalent. By installing the provided delete seats, builders can run any standard 60mm / 11mm upper O-ring aftermarket injector instead. Alternatively, the OEM air-assist injectors can be retained and used directly with these rails. All fittings, adapters, and fuel hose are sold separately - 8AN ORB adapter fittings, direct-mount fuel pressure regulators, and pulse dampers are available separately from Radium Engineering.
