Compatibility Notes

• The 20-0847-XXX shrouded sender series is only compatible with newer Radium FCST units (20-099X-XX) and FCST-X units (20-199X-XX). The float shroud is 40mm in diameter and requires a minimum through-hole of at least this size in the tank lid. It cannot be physically installed in older Radium FCST versions.
• For older Radium FCST versions (20-049X-XX and 20-069X-XX), the non-shrouded 20-0747-XXX sender series must be used instead. If you are unsure which FCST generation you have, check the first four digits of your FCST part number: 20-049X or 20-069X = use the 20-0747-297 (non-shrouded); 20-099X or 20-199X = this 20-0847-297 (shrouded) is correct.
• The "-297" suffix designates a 297mm (11.7") probe length. This length is designed for use with Radium 6-gallon, 10-gallon, and 10.5-gallon spare-tire RA-Series fuel cells and the corresponding FCST sizes. For shallower installations, the 203mm (8.0") version 20-0847-203 is available.
• This sender uses the standard SAE 5-bolt mounting flange, which is the universal pattern used across all Radium FCST and RA-Series fuel cell lid configurations. No adapter is required for Radium applications.
• If purchased together with a Radium Fuel Cell Surge Tank, the sender arrives pre-installed in the FCST lid. This listing is for the sender purchased separately as a replacement or standalone component.
• This sender is not compatible with OEM factory fuel tanks without appropriate bracket and flange adapter fabrication. It is designed for motorsport fuel cell and FCST applications.
• If the 0-90 ohm output of this sender is not compatible with an OEM fuel gauge, a resistance signal converter (sold separately by third parties) may be required. Radium Engineering does not manufacture or sell fuel level gauges.
