Fitment Notes

• Fits the intake side valve cover PCV valve port only - replaces the PCV valve, not a crankcase vent barb
• To replace the crankcase vent fittings on top of the RB25DET (NEO or non-NEO) valve covers, use Radium 20-0813 instead
• Compatible with any Nissan/Infiniti model where the PCV valve is mounted using OEM rubber grommet P/N 11812-41B00 - grommet must be removed before installation
• Also confirmed compatible with engines: CG10DE, CG13DE, GA15DE, GA16DE, HR16DE, QG18DE, RB20DE, RB25DE, SR16VE, SR18DE, SR20VE, SR20VET, VQ20DE, VQ30DE, VQ30DET, and others using the same grommet
• When installed in place of a PCV valve, a new PCV valve must be installed inline or on the catch can to maintain the intake manifold connection
• For the SR20DET S14/S15 exhaust side valve cover, use Radium 20-0812
• For the SR20DET S13 exhaust side valve cover, use Radium 20-0811

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0808 is a 10AN low-profile press-in swivel fitting designed to replace the PCV valve on the intake side of the valve cover for Nissan RB25DET, SR20DET (S14/S15), and a wide range of other Nissan/Infiniti engines. It converts the factory PCV port into a 10AN male swivel connection compatible with large-diameter breather lines used in competition catch can and air/oil separator setups. Installation simply requires removing the OEM rubber grommet (P/N 11812-41B00) and pressing the fitting into the valve cover - no drilling, welding, or permanent modification required.

The 360° swivel allows the 10AN outlet to be oriented in any direction even after installation, making routing clean and flexible. FKM Viton O-rings provide long-term chemical resistance to oil vapors. When used to replace the PCV valve, a new PCV valve must be installed inline on the catch can or breather line to maintain proper crankcase pressure regulation. For the RB25DET crankcase vent ports on top of the valve cover, the separate Radium 20-0813 is required.
